Jabbar Jamison, MBA. Co-Founder
Jabbar, his wife Nan, their son, and daughter, live in Indian Trail, North Carolina. The family enjoys vacations with friends and family and attending church at Concord First Assembly, where they have been members since 2012. Jabbar specializes in holistic financial planning. He incorporates debt, risk and investment management to grow, protect and transition wealth according to his clients' goals and objectives. Jabbar works with both individual and business clients. He uses his 17 plus years of experience in determining the optimal solution given the current economic environment and a clients' financial objectives. He recognizes that the spectrum between spenders and savers is diverse and the best financial advice is individualized rather than a one size fits all model. His core belief is that a person's wealth is not only measured in dollars and cents, but created through trust and communication.
Jabbar attended the University of Pittsburgh and earned his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business Management. He later attended The University of North Carolina-Charlotte where he earned his MBA with a concentration in commercial banking. Additionally, Jabbar is an Investment Advisor Representative with MML Investor Services, LLC having passed his FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities exams.
Centario Grier, Co-Founder
Centario and his wonderful wife, Nardette, live in North Charlotte with their three children (Noelle, Casen and Cairo). As a Partner of J & G Legacy Financial Group LLC, he sincerely believes that most people want to do what's right: right for themselves, right for their families, and right for their communities. In fact, that's one of the reasons Centario began his career in the financial services industry back in 2010. As a recent college graduate, he wanted the opportunity to work somewhere that made it easy for other people to do what was right, and more importantly, made it easy for him to do right by them.
You can take comfort in the fact that Centario has been a proud resident in the Charlotte community his entire life, and therefore has a vested interest in seeing his friends and neighbors succeed. Depending on your needs, Centario helps his clients to neutralize a variety of risk to their lifestyle and overall financial well-being; and prepare for major financial events such as paying for college, saving for retirement, or caring for an aging relative. He prides himself on providing holistic, impartial advice by that centers around his clients' goals and objectives. In addition to his twelve years of experience, Centario holds a Bachelors in Business Management from Western Carolina University. Prior to becoming associated with Mass Mutual Carolinas, he had participated in New York Life's well-known training program, NYLIC University, and in 2018 was awarded Charlotte's Top 30 Under 30, had been a New York Life Premiere Executive Council Agent (2014, 2016, 2017, 2018), and New York Life Executive Council (2012-2013, 2015), MDRT membership2 (2017, 2018). Additionally, Centario is an Investment Advisor Representative with MML Investor Services, LLC having passed his FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 securities exams.

Takesha Zac-Williams, Office Manager
Takesha Zac-Williams was born in Enfield, NC and has resided in the Charlotte area (with her husband, Herbert and two beautiful children Aaron and Amira) for 15 years.
Upon graduating from UNC Greensboro with a bachelor's degree in Finance, Takesha obtained her NC Life, Health and Med Supp License in 2004 and her Series 6 & 63 in 2005 officially embarking on a career in the financial services and insurance industry.
Takesha began her tenure with J&G Legacy Financial Group LLC in 2018 with a goal to not only assist J&G Legacy with their clients, but to also make sure her family and friends were educated on building wealth within their own communities. With a strong background in finance and insurance, Takesha is able to provide the level of support required to service J & G Legacy clients and advisors.
When Takesha is not supporting J&G Legacy, she is spending quality time with her family and operating her home bakery “Silver's Sweets” established in 2009.
